How PISO AI handles personal information, prompts, reports, payments, and privacy rights.
Platform operator
PISO AI is an AI software platform developed and operated by TechHerohan Organization Incorporated in the Philippines.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, email address, transaction details, payment references, tool inputs, generated reports, language preference, support messages, and basic technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
AI prompts and reports
Tool inputs are used to generate the requested output and to provide customer support, safety review, abuse prevention, and service improvement where permitted. Users should not submit highly sensitive information unless necessary for the tool.
Payments
Manual payments are reviewed by authorized administrators. Future automatic payments will be processed through trusted payment partners such as PayMongo or Maya. PISO AI does not store card numbers.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or review of their personal information by contacting support@pisoai.online.
Data retention
Transaction, payment, report, and support records are retained only as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, audit, fraud prevention, and customer support.
